Registration

 

Please use the online registration system to register to the Conference and submit your paper.

Online registration

Your data will be stored in a web database so you can control and modify them whenever you want it.

 

Instructions for using the on-line registration system as a first time user (registered users can enter the system with their e-mail address and the password entered before):

  • Click New registration, fill in the Personal data form and click submit.
  • You will receive a confirmation letter to your e-mail address entered before: please follow the instructions in this letter.

Follow these steps when you are inside the system:

  1. Personal data – next form ( if you change something here, please confirm it with the modify button)
  2. Abstract submission – if you choose yes you must submit/upload an abstract or choose no/later and click Change – next form
  3. Registration fee – please choose the appropriate registration fee category – submit – next form
  4. Accommodation - if you choose yes you must make a hotel reservation or choose no/later and click Change – next form
  5. Payment – You can allocate your payable items to several invoices. Choose bank transfer or credit card as payment method.
  6. To exit, use the logout button on the right side.
